This photo was taken on a DSLR in quick shutter speed. The cars were moving fast and I wanted to capture this moment and freeze the action. Editing this photo in photoshop, I thought that it captured a better story in black and white. I also added vibrance to accentuate the black and white hues. In black and white, I think it shows a more serious tone and this sense of drama. There is this police car and these two white vans that look like they are about to collide at any moment. It adds a bit of suspense in wanting to know how these cars will end up moving out of the way with each other. I believe this adds to the hustle and quick movement of the city itself.
